First of all sinus infection is inflammation or swelling of your sinuses. It appears when they are blocked and filled with fluid.

This method is very simple and it’s only consisted of two steps. The first thing you should do is to push the tongue gently against the roof of your mouth, and press the thumb between the eyebrows for about 20-30 seconds. If you press well and hold it for 30 seconds your sinuses will begin to drain immediately and you will feel much more relieved.
