Bay leaves come from the laurel plant, originally native to the Mediterranean. Just burn a bay leaf to help you relax and get rid of the thing that are torturing your mind and not allowing you to think clear. It will relieve your stress and anxiety in only 5 minutes! Maybe you think it’s just a stupidity which is  impossible, but try it and you’ll see it’s true!


Bay leaves are usually used during food preparation because they have a nice flavor and fragrance and they sometimes  are used in aromatherapy. You can also use bay leave as herbal treatment for different skin conditions. They are able to calm you down and remove the stress from your body.

Take a dry bay leaf and burn it in your room. Go out and leave it for 10 minutes. When you come back in your room, you will notice a calm atmosphere created by the relaxing smoke. The leaf releases certain substances while burning  that create a positive energy flow. The only thing you should do is to breathe in the smoke deeply and you’ll soon feel it calms you down and relaxing you.
